Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
- Discounts apply to food and non-alcoholic beverages unless specified otherwise.
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers or group discounts.
- A valid membership ID (digital or physical) must be presented before requesting the bill.
Student Membership
- A valid, current student ID from a recognized educational institution is mandatory.
- Discount is applicable to the student's portion of the bill or a maximum of 4 guests.
- Wi-Fi usage is subject to fair usage policies and is available during operational hours.
Kitty Membership
- Applicable for groups of 6 or more guests.
- Prior reservation of at least 24 hours is required to avail Kitty benefits.
- Complimentary welcome drinks are subject to the menu of the day.
- Banquet hall priority is subject to availability and prior bookings.
Validity & Renewal
- Membership is valid for one year from the date of activation.
- Renewal must be processed within 30 days of expiry to maintain tier status.
- The management reserves the right to modify or terminate membership programs with 30 days notice.
